Oil markets remain tight following the shutdown of Saudi Arabia’s East-West pipeline, which transports around 4 million barrels per day to Yanbu. With Saudi production already significantly lower, the disruption increases supply risks and supports upside pressure on USOIL and UKOIL.

The Strait of Hormuz and Bab el-Mandeb remain key geopolitical risks, with reduced shipping activity threatening major global oil and LNG routes. Continued disruptions could further tighten energy markets and increase price volatility.

Fundamental Bias: USOIL – Bullish | UKOIL – Bullish | Natural Gas – Slightly Bullish. Overall, persistent supply and geopolitical risks maintain a positive outlook for energy prices.
